This Legal Notice is published in accordance with Article 6-III of French Act No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on Confidence in the Digital Economy (the “LCEN”). Its purpose is to inform visitors to the website www.sealison.com (hereinafter the “Site”) of the identity of its publisher and host, and of the conditions of use of the Site.
The Site is currently in a pre-launch phase. Its sole purpose is to present the technical solution under development by Mr Jean Deschodt, founder of the company Sealison (in the process of being incorporated), and to allow interested persons to register their interest with a view to a future commercial launch. No service is being marketed through the Site at this stage.

Upon registration of Sealison with the French Trade and Companies Register (Registre du commerce et des sociétés), this Legal Notice will be updated to reflect the full details of the corporate publisher (corporate name, legal form, share capital, registered office, RCS registration number, intra-EU VAT number, and name of the publication director).

All elements of the Site, including but not limited to texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, trademarks, names, as well as the overall structure and associated software developments, are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of Mr Jean Deschodt or, as the case may be, of Sealison once incorporated, or of their respective successors in title.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation, in whole or in part, of any element of the Site, by any means or process, is prohibited without the prior written authorisation of the publisher, subject to the exceptions provided for by law. Any unauthorised use of the Site or of any of its elements engages the user’s liability and may constitute an act of infringement punishable under Articles L. 335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
The conditions for the collection and processing of personal data of visitors to the Site are described in the Personal Data Protection Policy available on the Site, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (the “GDPR”) and French Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, as amended.
The conditions of use of cookies and other tracking technologies are described in the Personal Data Protection Policy available on the Site.
As the Site is, at this stage, intended for purely informational and presentational purposes, the information appearing on it is provided for guidance only. The publisher endeavours to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the information published on the Site, but cannot guarantee its completeness, accuracy or up-to-date nature. No information appearing on the Site shall be construed as a binding commercial offer, a service guarantee or a contractual commitment.
The publisher shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from access to the Site, its use or the impossibility of accessing it, nor for information obtained through hyperlinks pointing to third-party websites, over which the publisher exercises no control.
The Site may contain hyperlinks to third-party websites. This Legal Notice is governed by French law. Any dispute relating to its interpretation or performance shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts, subject to mandatory rules of public policy applicable to consumers.
This Legal Notice may be amended at any time, in particular upon the incorporation of Sealison and the commercial launch of the solution. The date of the last update appears at the top of this document.
This Legal Notice is provided in English for convenience. As Sealison is currently published from France and governed by French law, the French version is the reference version in case of discrepancy. We are happy to provide clarifications in English for international business discussions.
